Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders typically take 5-7 working days to be processed and dispatched (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description). Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-7 working days, depending on your delivery pin code. If your order includes multiple items, the dispatch time will be based on the item that takes the longest to be ready.

  • For orders including custom products (e.g., personalized planners), the dispatch time may extend by an additional 2-3 working days.
  • Fabric-based products: If your order includes any fabric accessories along with other products, these will be dispatched separately, with 4-5 working days for processing. Tracking details for each shipment will be provided separately.

Delivery Attempts

On the delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you via a phone call or SMS. The courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unable to reach you after these attempts, the package will be returned to us

Shipping Charges (Pan-India)

  • Pre-paid orders above ₹2,000: Free
  • Pre-paid orders below ₹2,000: Will be calculated at checkout based on product weight
  • COD orders above ₹2,000: ₹100
  • COD orders below ₹2,000: Will be calculated at checkout based on product weight

Delivery Delays

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Any unforeseen events such as strikes or disruptions to business operations will affect delivery timelines, and those days will be considered non-working.

International Shipping

We process international orders within 5-7 working days.Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country. The dispatch time may vary if your order includes multiple items or custom products.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. Kagidha Poo will not be liable for delays caused by shipping partners or customs checks.

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable for international orders.

Gift Wrap

We currently do not offer gift wrapping for our products, but we are actively working to introduce this option soon. Stay tuned!

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, don't worry! Please email us at kagidhapoo@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess and offer either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Refunds may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account after processing.

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier partner will attempt to contact you via phone or SMS. Afterthree attempts, if delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and automatically canceled. The payment made will be refunded via your original payment method.

Tracking Issues

If your tracking link shows your order as "delivered" but you have not received the package, check with your building security or gated community’s office. If you still cannot locate the package, email us at kagidhapoo@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery status. We will investigate the issue with the courier service. Please note that we cannot investigate if the issue is reported after 24 hours.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at kagidhapoo@gmail.com before it is processed by our shipping partner (i.e., while the order status is still "unfulfilled"). Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within7-10 working days, depending on your payment method. The funds will be returned to your original payment method, but please be aware that bank processing times can vary, and any delays are beyond our control.
