Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with pictures of the damage.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
- Lost or Missing Orders: If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date, and we will assist with an investigation.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom planners, notebooks with names, etc.) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
