Refund Policy

At Kagidha Poo, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with pictures of the damage.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
  • Lost or Missing Orders: If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date, and we will assist with an investigation.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom planners, notebooks with names, etc.) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, email us at kagidhapoo@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • For damaged products, include photos of the damaged product to help us assess the situation.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will have the option to choose between a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date and will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card or net banking, the refunded amount will reflect in your bank account depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as " Sale" in the product description.
  • International orders (no returns, refunds, or exchanges).

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If the cancellation is successful, your payment will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

How to Return a Product

If you're returning a product due to damage or defect:

  • Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and includes all components (e.g., inserts, tags).
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Kagidha Poo for damaged or incorrect items.
